FGC line S55 is a line of the Metro del Vallès [1] , run by the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC), in the province of Barcelona in Catalonia, Spain.[2] The line, along with it's sister line, line S5, are intended to service the Barcelona suburb of Sant Cugat, and the major university Universitat Autònoma during the work and school week.[3] The line only runs until nine in the morning and after seven at night. The S5 and S55 don't run on Saturdays and holidays.[4]
The line runs between Plaça Catalunya (Barcelona Metro) in the city of Barcelona and the city of Rubí.[5]
