Username due to the Futurama character. A long time ago...
My very first contribution to the English Wikipedia, came as an IP on July 22, 2004. Since then, about 90% of my contributions have been copy-editing like:
- cleaning up incomplete citations,
- adding unique identifiers to
(削除) biographies (削除ここまで)Wikidata, - restructuring articles in accordance to our guidelines, such as MOS:ORDER,
- fixing imperfect typesetting (like replacing - with –, —, or −, depending on what is appropriate),
- and most of all: fixing typos.
In 2014, I started an effort to move various external links to HTTP Secure, as discussed at WP:VPP. Here's why. And why it's efficient. For this purpose, I run a bot account appropriately named Bender the Bot (talk · contribs) since August 2016.
