Template:About year

Usage
The purpose of this template is to put disambiguation links at the top of year articles, such as 2025. It explains that the article is about the year and links to the number and a disambiguation page, if they exist. It also, currently, has space for up to three other disambiguations, such as car models, aircraft, etc.
Syntax
Its first parameter is always the year in question, so if it is used on the year article 2025, you write
{{About year|2025}}
→
It can then disambiguate to up to three other articles, such as, for instance, the car model Volvo 740:
{{About year|740|the car|Volvo 740}}
→This article is about the year 740. For the car, see Volvo 740.
It automatically finds and includes both number (before any specified articles) and disambiguation (after any specified articles) pages matching the number, if they exist:
{{About year|42|the movie|42 (film)}}
→This article is about the year 42. For the number, see 42 (number). For the movie, see 42 (film). For other uses, see 42 (disambiguation).
