Rochester, Lockport and Niagara Falls Railroad merge?

I'm considering merging Rochester, Lockport and Niagara Falls Railroad to this article. Anyone have any reason to reject this idea? ---------User:DanTD (talk) 02:59, 19 March 2016 (UTC) [reply ]

I think that a better target would be New York Central Railroad#Pre-New York Central: 1826–1853 which already has most of the content of the current Rochester, Lockport and Niagara Falls Railroad page. That way, the whole of the line, rather than just part of it, would fall within the scope of the page name. The resulting paragraph should certainly maintain the link to Falls Road Railroad.
