New link needed for 2009 Order of Proceedings
The link is dead, and I haven't been able to find the 2009 proceedings on the Church of Scotland website. Moreover, when I Google the title used in the footnote reference, the only results I get come from this page. If anyone can find a cached version of the proceedings, please update the link.
