Cause of death

Why does it say Hepatitis C? Her obituary (both the one quoted and the 1993 Seattle Times link here: http://community.seattletimes.nwsource.com/archive/?date=19930910&slug=1720272) clearly mentions liver cancer.--73.115.53.151 (talk) 09:37, 9 June 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
