Speedy deletion nomination of Francisco Vidal Garcés
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Francisco Vidal Garcés requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, as it exhibits signs of having been generated by an AI model with no clear human review. Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia and output must be carefully checked. For further information, see the section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Additionally – if you would like to create an article but find it difficult, please ask for help at the Teahouse. --Gurkubondinn (talk) 15:49, 10 March 2026 (UTC) Reply

Thanks for your contributions to Joaquín Yrarrázaval. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing as a live article at this time because it consists of machine-generated text and 27 articles created in about half an hour. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

AI-generated articles
Hi ElNavegante23, could you please stop submitting AI-generated articles? This is not permissible per the WP:NEWLLM guideline, and it also wastes the time of other editors. --Gurkubondinn (talk) 18:18, 10 March 2026 (UTC) Reply
- Hello Gurkubondinn, thank you for your message and for reviewing the recent submissions.
- I understand the concern regarding AI-generated material and appreciate the clarification about the revelant guideline. My intention is to continue contributing constructively and in good faith to Wikipedia.
- For clarity, the last two articles that I created were written entirely by me, without the use of any AI-tools, and this reply has also been written personally without the asistance of AI. The previous set of 27 articles did include text that was initially generated by AI, which I later reviewed and edited while working to complete coverage of the 35th and 36th parliamentary periods of the Chilean Congress.
- I will review the drafts that were moved and make sure the meet Wikipedia ́s sourcing, style, and content policies before submitting anything further. If needed, I may reach out with a brief question on specific points, as I am currently focusing only on completing coverage of the 35th and 36th Chilean parliamentary periods.
- Thank you again for takin the time to review the articles and for your feedback.-- ElNavegante23 (talk) 22:45, 10 March 2026 (UTC) Reply
- ElNavegante23: first off, thanks for replying. Youdo not need to cover all parliament members now and there is WP:NORUSH. It would be much better to just go slowly, write it yourself and take care to source your articles well. --Gurkubondinn (talk) 23:23, 10 March 2026 (UTC) Reply
I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi ElNavegante23. Thank you for your work on Arturo Venegas. Another editor, Mariamnei, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thank you for your work on this article. Unfortunately, it is not yet ready for main space. Please add sources and establish notability as per WP:NPOL. I will be moving it to draft. Please feel free to republish once it meets the above criteria. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
To reply, leave a comment here and begin it with {{Re|Mariamnei}}. (Message delivered via the Page Curation tool, on behalf of the reviewer.)
Warning for LLM usage without human review
Warning icon This is your only warning. If you continue to unconstructively edit Wikipedia using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) without human review, as you did with Francisco Vidal Garcés, you will be blocked from editing for disruptive editing. Such usage undermines Wikipedia's attempt to be a reliable informational source. If this happens again, you will be blocked.--SouthernNights (talk) 13:29, 11 March 2026 (UTC) Reply
Parliamentary biographies
Hi — It's great to be sharing this project. I had a look at the parliamentary drafts you've been working on. The structure is quite solid, but I think it would be better to slow down a bit before submitting them for review.
As some editors know, I've worked on historical article series before, and for this kind of large-scale work I often use AI drafting tools. The important thing, though, is always reviewing the text carefully and checking everything against the sources. If you want, I can help you with the wording in the 27 drafts.
I noticed that several of the drafts rely mainly on the BCN source. That's understandable given how scarce sources can be for some early 20th-century figures, and BCN is a reliable reference. Still, it usually helps to add another historical source when possible –for example, Luis Valencia Avaria's Anales de la República– and to spread the citations across the sections.
With that extra sourcing in place, the drafts should have a much smoother path through the review process. Carigval.97 (talk) 15:44, 11 March 2026 (UTC) Reply
