Abs - I can't condone mainspace articles that talk directly to the reader anymore. It isn't encyclopedic. Why?'s can. HowTo's can. This should be one of those. Its a funny article though, so perhaps I'll be changing my mind when the liquor passes.. ;) -THINKER 04:35, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

Kearsy is a themed article in which two characters are talking to one another (and is a parody of those characters). Folgers Crystals is also themed. As such, they don't really follow any of the general structures of an encyclopedic piece. Articles like these try to straddle both, and it doesn't work (for me). In other words, in the aforementioned pieces of mine, it would be obvious that they are far exceptions from the standard mold; here, it sounds like my encyclopedia is talking to me. Not that I don't like the piece, or the set-up. Its just the combination in this instance (and the fact that we've had a number of similarly styled articles making feature in the last month or two) --THINKER 23:03, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
