13.10.2 DTDHandler Objects

DTDHandler instances provide the following methods:

notationDecl( name, publicId, systemId): Handle a notation declaration event.

unparsedEntityDecl( name, publicId, systemId, ndata): Handle an unparsed entity declaration event.
