"Mirthy Me" is the first segment of the twenty-ninth episode of the Adventures of the Gummi Bears . It premiered on December 12, 1987, and was later paired with "Gummi Dearest", becoming the first segment of the eighth episode in the third season.

Plot[ ]

A Gigglin causes a practical joke spree in the Glen. Will this stop the dam from being built in time to stop the water from flooding in?

Trivia[ ]

• As is rarely done on the show, this episode reuses a one-off location from a previous episode: Tummi, Sunni, and Cubbi play in the deserted castle ruins from the episode "For a Few Sovereigns More", when the Gigglin notices the trio and follows them home.
• The red Gigglin bears a resemblance to the (smaller, green) Slumber Sprite from the episode "Gummi in a Strange Land".
• This is the eleventh episode to premiere separately from its sibling segment, which aired the following week. Both segments were later combined, as originally intended, for all subsequent airings.
