Our story

Kinsly was born from the challenges of solo freelancing — juggling clients, projects, and payments without getting buried in spreadsheets or bloated tools. We wanted a simple, friendly CRM that does the essentials really well, while staying lightweight and intuitive. Our mission is to give freelancers and creators peace of mind: less time on admin, more time creating. Built with modern technologies and real-world experience, Kinsly grows with you and adapts to your needs.

Our stack

Under the hood, Kinsly combines a powerful mix of modern tools. The API gateway is written in Go for speed and reliability. The frontend uses Next.js for a fast, SEO-friendly experience with server-side rendering. Our backend logic is powered by PHP for proven stability. For data analysis, reporting, and advanced insights, we use Python. Together, this stack ensures a balance of performance, flexibility, and developer happiness, so we can keep shipping useful features quickly.
