Independent rice cDNA clones of 1265 ESTs were collected randomly. All of clones were generated by large scale cDNA analysis in RGP (rice genome research program).

We fabricated a full insert cDNA microarray and a 3’UTR cDNA microarray. cDNA were applied as duplicate spots on the same glass slide.

By clicking on the field frame, the name of the clone (Accession No.) table will appear. (The blanks are for those clones that are not yet DDBJ registered.) When the clone number is clicked, the array and the results of the BlastSearch are shown.
