Scroll past end in sublime Text 2
I hate typing code at the bottom of my screen. I used to add a lot of empty lines at the end of my file so I could type somewhere near the top of my screen.
Put the following in your settings and you'll be able to scroll a whole page past the end of your file:
"scroll_past_end": true,Written by Willem van der Jagt
