Restart the web site on code update. Restarting the web site is done by stopping it, updating the source code, and then starting it, because it's possible that the means of stopping the web site could change between revisions. The start hook must be run in the charm directory, so the code is modified to return to the charm directory before running the hook. https://code.launchpad.net/~abentley/charms/precise/charmworld/restart/+merge/143593 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
