environs/cloudinit: enable bridging Without the bridge-utils package, we cannot configure bridges devices in the way that the maas provider needs. This package is a dependency of the lxc package, but we only install lxc when the first container is started, and we configure the bridge device at cloud-init time. Fix verified live under MAAS. https://code.launchpad.net/~rogpeppe/juju-core/493-fix-lxc-bridging/+merge/203801 (do not edit description out of merge proposal)
