Zhanyong,
Xcode won't let me save custom executables into the project file. Instead it
goes into a <user>.perspectivev3 file or something. I've filed this bug with
apple and received confirmation that this is a duplicate bug.
For now, I've edited the README to remove the reference to the "run_*" custom
executables and instead added instructions on how to create one if needed.
