Lists of things online for the Zig ecosystem would be good. Things people have made for others to use. Java has maven-central, Python has pips/wheels, Ruby has gems, Rust has crates.

We're not going to have that; it'll be fully distributed, like git. A third party can create an index if they wish, but no such thing exists currently.

Then say that in the README maybe. "We will have a system superior to the binary distribution systems of Java (etc etc), like Git you will be able to ..."

I do think you need the first proof of concept of that, even if you note that it is alpha and everything about the system could change.
