Hi there :)

I'm a software architect and developer with a focus on embedded systems and device development. Feel free, to check out my website for descriptions of my professional projects.

  • 🔭 My last project was the development of a smoke sensor
  • 🌱 I’m currently learning Rust and Zephyr OS
  • 👯 I’m looking to collaborate on embedded systems projects

Repositories

Rust

  • net-income-germany - Net income calculation regarding German social security and income tax laws.
  • xrechnung - Creation of invoices in the XRechnung format, a German standard for electronic invoicing.
  • tsp-http-client - Simple HTTP client for requesting timestamps from a timestamp authority (TSA) using the RFC 3161 standard.
  • swupdate-httpd - Minimal HTTP server for providing SWUdate images.

GUI Applications (Qt)

  • Diarium - Personal diary application for daily journaling.

Web Development

I created two themes for the static site engine Zola:

  • Daisy - Clean and responsive theme based on the Daisy UI components for TailwindCSS.
  • Project Portfolio - Extension of the Daisy theme to provide specific functionality for a project portfolio like my own website.

Habitica

For the open-source habit tracker Habitica I created a soft-work, that facilitates self-hosting by automatically creating Docker containers for each release. Additionally, I extended / replaced some functionality that is needed differently, when self-hosting compared to the hosted version. It can only be found on GitHub, because Habitica itself is developed over there.
