Change default bindings/colours to something more sane #55

Rather than use my personal preference for window decors, bindings, etc., try and come up with something less offensive.

This isn't the first time I've been told my tastes are unique, so any suggestions on this are welcome, and we should think about how these defaults are applied before a user configures things.

So more discussion is needed before anyone tackles this issue.

What if you lean on the CDE side of things? Use a classic CDE inspired colour palette, for instance.

Just to add some more detail (not finished; discussion still required)...

The default cow config file is located here in this repo: config/cow/cow.conf

I think this idea is split into two parts:

1. Changing the fallback defaults in the code to not be black/white as they are at the moment
2. Documenting/clarifying/adding more comments and examples to config/cow/cow.conf

In terms of point 1., none of the defaults are centralised; the titlebar1 default colour is found in cow_titlebar_render() and this should be factored out. Same for border colours as well.

Point 2., might be a little more subjective, but the cow.conf file should arguably be more descriptive than the man page. Also though, whatever the defaults end up being here, I'd like some conversation around aesthetic.

(2) is needed, but I wouldn't blow up cow.conf too much with comments. The FvwmWiki does it nicely. :-)

I'm having a hard time figuring out what's already possible. For example, can

Style "FvwmPager" NoTitle, Sticky, WindowListSkip, CirculateSkip, StaysOnBottom, !Borders

be translated into a "rule" for cowpager?

The config file in the main branch has

# Both the name and the number of desktops available can be altered. For

I suppose the , is a typo. But no matter what I set, the number of desktops shown by cowpager is always 10.
