Sunflowers can't be grown under artificial light sources #54

This was introduced by 088143a361 (diff-646ed18ad).

This broke existing farms and seems to confuse players (https://github.com/Archtec-io/bugtracker/issues/259). IMHO, all plants should be able to be grown under artificial light sources.

I think it is fitting that sunflowers require sunlight since 'sun' is in their name.

One can 'cheat' their growth using [bonemeal] helpers.

Am OK though with the light requirement being reverted, although servers that want to help existing farms can override it themselves already.
