validation on because of ziglang/zig#31925. Have temp work around for
that sort of thing. Also need int8 and int16 features, but mr_gpu
doesn't seem to have those and i can't see a way to pass features in.
Have added the features to the zig-pkg of mr_gpu as a temp work around.
Fixed up some validations that are just me writing nonesense, still got
some to go.
