According to the bylaws which we're nearly finished drafting, patrons will need to sign a membership agreement in order to become coop members. So we need to draft the agreement too.

We need some starting point, could be examples from other orgs, but also I've been encouraged to try Claude from Anthropic to get started on draft-to-work-from for things like this... and our friend Charles from TSYS is happy to do a call with me on how he uses it, so I think that's one good next step to move things forward.
