https://communityrule.info/ is a project by Nathan Schneider to make explicit governance processes, for things such as elections and decision making. I will be making at least the first two of these rules:
- "now doesn't work, what do we want to move to"
- ideally what does it look like "once incorporated"
- how decisions are made now
- Working groups, core group, board, this seems the most aligned to some of the org chart work I've been doing.
- Working groups, council, board, this seems like an older version of the one above.
- Co-op, worker-owned cooperative rules
- Social.coop, user-owned cooperative, very fleshed out
