  • Mostly companies
  • Good transparency
  • Funding allocated by multi-winner RCV among elected committee members
  • Committee members are elected by Condorcet IRV with https://www.random.org/draws/ as a tiebreaker
    • Looks like they only had one election so far, in November 2018. Not sure what the election period is.

It's more of a grant platform than indefinite ongoing funding, and not a general-purpose alternative ⇒ should go in https://wiki.snowdrift.coop/market-research/history/software

You mean STV? Single Transferable Vote. Right?
