Draft user stories to add to snowdrift / SPECS-STORIES.md for project representatives as users, from the initial stage of "I wonder whether getting my/our project onto Snowdrift.coop would make sense?" to the fully on board stage of "How can I manage my presence on Snowdrift.coop and engage with current and potential patrons?"
