The size bar is great to quickly grasp what file or folder is taking the most space. However, given the poisson distribution often found in file/folder sizes (lots of small files, few very big ones), it is often the case that the first file is a full bar and the second is already only one square or even zero.
Being able to toggle between normal and log2 scale would make the visualization much more useful for a lot of cases.
I love ncdu and am converting people to use it ;) It is an awesome tool!
