remove content of a directory #189

Hello, is there a way to delete the content of the directory but not the directory itself? Or a way to select multiple files in a directory to be deleted all at once?

There've been requests for additional deletion operations, most popular ones:

• Clearing a directory
• Truncating a file (keeping inode)
• Truncating a file (new inode)

While useful, I'm not sure how to expose these functions in the UI without turning ncdu too much into a generic file manager. :/

Im not sure if I understand, by UI exposure you mean buttons/shortcut remap? What would it mean if NCDU would bcome generic file manager?
