Allow to select and return a list of directories and files #165

Hi,

First, thank you for ncdu, it is an amazing tool.

We often use it to find big directories and files when the disk is full, but then it can be quite a pain to extract from it a list of interesting files and directory, to send it to someone else for instance.

It would be nice to be able to select interesting directories and files (with the space key, for instance), and getting back this list in the shell when exiting ncdu.

What do you think?
