What is the policy/attitude towards LLM contributions in Scheme 48? #1

@sperber

Hey there. I'm looking over all the active Lisp, Scheme and Lisp-adjacent languages and implementations to see how projects contributors and maintainers are responding to the proliferation of LLMs. I don't see anything like an official policy, guideline or stance to LLM-generated/assisted/enhanced/based/etc contributions.

Are LLM contributions welcomed in Scheme 48 by the maintainers and contributors?

(Note: I realize that S48 isn't terribly active. This is less of an immediate concern for the project and asked more out of a desire for completeness. I maintain a webpage listing the LLM policy of every major Lisp: https://zyd.lol/lisp-against-the-machine.html - S48 is definitely an important project despite the low activity so it'd be nice to include it)

Sorry for the late reply: Given the current state of things - vast damage to open-source ecosystems, destruction of educational paths for software developers, inferior quality of AI-generated code, and all the horrific externalities - I can't see myself accepting AI-generated contributions any time soon.
