awesomewm: maximised handling #28

some windows (like mindustry) open up maximised, or may remain maximised from a previous session (zen browser, qutebrowser). I find this really annoying because it means I have to unmaximise them when i want to tile stuff.

i will have to make a keybind to toggle maximum, and make windows start non-maximised on opening. if they were altered by this, a notification could be given saying that it was unmaximised. then i can finally remove the titlebars again
