Volunteers on shift occurrences are constantly changing. When volunteers on a shift occurrence change, any future changes to an event series to not propagate to it.

To recreate

  1. Create a daily recurring shift.
  2. Go to the first occurrence and add a volunteer. Save to "this and following events."
  3. Go to the second occurrence. Change the volunteer and save to "this event."
  4. Go to the first occurrence and change the name. Save to "this and following events."
=> Expected Result: Successfully saves name to second occurrence.
=> Actual Result: Second occurrence retains old name.
