Duplicate Shift #12

Duplicate shifts show up in the admin dashboard. They have the exact same information but different uids. The user says they haven't made any changes to that shift that might have caused the duplication. However, its clear the generic "volunteer" user was assigned to it at some point. Can not currently recreate but video documenting issue below. User will delete duplicate in the short term.

I see they have two very similar events listed that correspond to those UIDs. Visiting their shift page you can search for sprouts market: arapahoe to bhp@ Northport and see them both next to each other.

Looking in the database, it also looks like they were created within 1 second of each other so I bet it was a accidental double click. I'll prevent that.
