you can only move windows by using floating_modifier and dragging, but that doesn't change the order of the clients in a given frame

that's almost it, but i'd like to move clients across containers once they're all the way at the "edge" of a container like how sway would do

I don't think we have that concept in Volare, you either move within the frame or across frames.
