Change July 1 deadline to, 'Confirmed food and goodies if you register before 11:59pm IST on July 1. You still register after that and even walk in till we reach the hall capacity, but goodies and food will not be guaranteed. If someone cancels and there are goodies left at the end of the event, you may get one.'
