deadlines for goodies and food #89

We will guarantee goodies only for registrations before 29th 9am so we can give order. For food we have to order 5 days before the event, so 1st July 3pm should be deadline. Registration can remain open without goodies or food.

We can make those changes and try to accommodate everyone even without having to promise it publicly :)

@badrihippo on the website it mentions free registration util July 1st. I think we only need to mention this is guaranteed food and goodies. We can just say, for registrations after July 1st, we can't guarantee goodies or food. If we have some goodies or food coupons left we can give them.

Since we hit 91 registrations and close to hall capacity, free tickets are closed.

We are thinking of ordering food for 80 or 90 people. Ganesh and Athul to give final numbers. If possible call people who have not confirmed yet to get a better number.
