We need to ask community to look for venues and submit a bid when they find a potential venue.

PravConf is annual gathering of the community to share experiences and plan future activities. We will use different formats talks, workshops, demos, bofs and panel discussions.
We need a hall with ideal capacity of 100 (PravConf 26 had close to 100 registrations but we may not get as big a crowd if outside Kerala), some local volunteers to handle check-in, arrange food for the event, print goodies and promotional materials.
Depending on how much sponsorship we receive, we might have to sell tickets to pay for food or cut down on what goodies we can offer.
Ideally a college willing to host the event would work. Start contacting colleges through local Free Software groups and submit your bids before 1st November 2026.
