Add functions:

DYNAMIC_API PEP_STATUS sync_reinit(PEP_SESSION session);
DYNAMIC_API void config_enable_echo_protocol(PEP_SESSION session, bool enable);
DYNAMIC_API void config_enable_echo_in_outgoing_message_rating_preview(PEP_SESSION session, bool enable);
DYNAMIC_API PEP_STATUS config_media_keys(PEP_SESSION session, const stringpair_list_t *new_map);

Add signal:
SYNC_NOTIFY_OUTGOING_RATING_CHANGE
