Update Cosmic desktop packages to 1.1.0 #6

Hi, I'd like to thank you for providng this repo! And thank you to @Bella109 for creating and maintaining the templates for Void.

As per the title, COSMIC Desktop has been updated to 1.1.0. What's being hosted here seems to be two releases behind.

Also, I'm willing to help out with building the packages locally and testing if that helps move things along.

Hey, I didn't pushed the update to 1.1.0 yet to oco. This is because I wanted to test it myself first, for a few days and I've changed a bit the building Process, that is the reason why, I"ve tested everything a bit longer. Usually I will not push the update oco, instantly and more like one week after it got published. Sometimes a bit sooner and sometimes a bit later. One of the reasons, that delayed it further, is that I wanted to fix cosmic-greeter, which seems unfortunately way more complicated, then I thought

The Update to 1.1.0 is now pushed to oco, the update to 1.2.0 shouldn't take that long, but it will still be a few days
