Replace IDs in links with real names #31

When formattings tags in Notes or Bios, we correctly make links of them, but in some cases leave the ID (because it's not in the source and supposed to be fetched by the renderer/client).

Do this fetching in the background and replace the links.

Maybe we should do the formatting/mangling in Python, where we already have a client, and an authenticated connection open.
