in uncloud the addr must become url show you can choose if you want to re-use the TLS config; maybe the same for prometheus, where ADDRESS comes URL

or an extra tls - but that pulls in that parsing, think url is cleaner, as it encodes the port and if you want tls

problem is that we need IP tls certs. not http certs
