winget on arm64 installs x64 package instead of arm64 #3071

Description

using winget to install librewolf (winget install librewolf.librewolf) on arm64 machine installs the x86_64 version instead of the arm64 one. Since an arm64 version of librewolf exists and works great (i'm using it right now to type out this issue) i was wondering if it's possible to make it so that winget chooses the arm64 version when winget installing from an arm64 machine
