LibreWolf - Video conference - select background #3033

Description

Using webbased videoconferencing systems:
Issue was observed with BigBlueButton and Zoom with Browser application with LibreWolf - (in Zoom just brower LibreWolf - not zoom standalone application).
Used option: select the background image /bluring background in videoconferencing system (in Zoom and BBB same result).
Problem/Result: no videostream with backgroundimage, instead color changing mainly single color images.
Pure video stream is operational with LibreWolf in both vidconf systems (BBB and Zoom).

Same OS - Linux: comparison with Firefox. Feature works on firefox.
Different OS - MacOSX: Problem reproducable on MacOSX Monterey 12.7.6 with LibreWolf.
