Unable to download from Russia #2939

Russian internet regulator blocks an insane amount of IP addresses with different blocking methods. Over 225 million, and it's constantly growing. I think Codeberg's servers were whitelisted. The new download link is blocked and VPN is kind of a bad option for this. Any information about VPNs gets blocked as well, and servers themselves simply die non-stop, including every modern protocol. It would be nice to have a mirror - Codeberg\Github\maybe torrent.

At the moment our releases are published via a own CDN and also via Codeberg.
