Es gibt bereits den Beginn einer TOTP- Implementierung ...müsste aber noch vollständig integriert werden...der große Faktor im Moment ist die verfügbare Zeit...

Können wir, wenn 2FA integriert wird, bitte auch direkt WebAuthn berücksichtigen? Empfinde ich als deutlich angenehmer als das klassische TOTP, weil man keine Nummern ablesen muss.

Gedanke: Könnte man die 2FA / MFA so implementieren.

Möglichkeit 1: Hardware Token (bspw. Nitrokey)
Möglichkeit 2: OTP

=> Wenn Möglichkeit 1 nicht gegeben sein sollte (Hardware Token kaputt bspw.), dann kann optional auf Möglichkeit 2 ausgewichen werden. So ist das auch in Gitea / Codeberg implementiert.
