Wird ein neues Quiz erstellt, so wird im Eingabefeld der Text "hint-title" (als Platzhalter) angezeigt. Eigentlich sollte dort ein Hinweis stehen.

Es gab leider nie ein Text hierzu, so wie es aussieht (History vor Weblate 398e4b061f)
