I confirm that I have searched the issue tracker

Describe the question

1: Is there a possibility of uploading non-text files? I created all-encompassing tokens but can only seem to create text files. Am I missing something?
2: is it possible to attach files to comments? I was not able to find that option.

Additional context

This will be useful for uploading binary resource files.

Binary files are not yet supported in LabNex.

From the issue, it looks like there are two requests:

upload binary files to file browser
upload files with comments in issues and merge requests.

We will need to split this up into separate issues.
