move issues to github to encourage feedback #424

one of the strengths of nixos is the social experience of exchanging ideas.
to this end, it seems useful to be on a platform with a big social presence (if not to ping any threads i'm following), such as github.
this would involve porting, in order:

  • squash
  • labels
  • fix github username
  • issue threads
    • ensuring not to ping threads from closed issues
  • branches
  • kanban projects
  • wiki
  • links

so far even from github to gitea using mirroring one cannot sync issues automatically.
