unable to remove or update profile image [BUG] #257

What happened

The image set on libavatar.org correctly showed up on my profile on keyoxide when I created it.
Because of the squircle format, the artist credit for the image is cut off in a way that looks awful.
I successfully updated my profile image on libavatar.org.
The updated image does not show up on keyoxide even +24 hours later.

Proposed solutions

keyoxide appears to use "https://seccdn.libravatar.org/avatar/[hash]?size=128&default=mm"
which does not appear to update

both "https://cdn.libravatar.org/avatar/[hash]?size=128&default=mm" &
"https://libravatar.org/avatar/[hash]?size=128&default=mm" show the correct updated image.

I took some time to triage this issue. We're calling out to libravatar in

profile.personas[profile.primaryPersonaIndex].avatarUrl = await libravatar.get_avatar_url({ email: profile.personas[profile.primaryPersonaIndex].email, size: 128, default: 'mm', https: true })

Sadly the associated repository vanished. I reached out to the author by e-mail today and look into whether a copy can be reuploaded somewhere. Alternatively I will need to look into the tarballs NPM registry hosts.
