Summary will only return an activity if it has started on the first/only day requested, and so an activity that was started the night before and finished that day won't be included in returned activities.

Nearly done, though need to handle the odd case that a time period might be within an activity (activity's start is before the period start and activity's end is after period end). Definitely need to add tests for this.
