When I try !bolt bridge join on Matrix, Bolt tells me "You must be an admin to use thiis command." Bruh, I'm the owner! IG this is since the "Owner" role is now a thing on Matrix, where I can't step down from it, and can manage admins. Bolt should account for owners as well as admins.
